Most people have not heard of Turners Syndrome, but it actually affects 1 in every 2,000 live female births. It often goes undetected, and it is it time for that to change. Turners Syndrome is a condition in which either part, or all of an X chromosome is missing. This can affect many physical and mental aspects of life. Every girl with Turners Syndrome is a true miracle. Only 1% of Turners Syndrome pregnancies make it to live birth. We are beyond blessed to have our oldest daughter Violet, who has Turner Syndrome. Violet lights up the room, and is amazingly charming, and brilliant.
We will be walking in the month of May here in Los Angeles to support the Turners Syndrome Society. Please support this wonderful organization, which supports families who are affected by Turners Syndrome.
